Professional performance hearth bake pizza baking disk in multiple sizes. Engineered to allow pizzas to bake in a fast bake (calibrated) conveyor pizza oven and emerge with the special crispness associated with hearth oven baked pizzas. Designed in collaboration with Tom Lehmann of the American Institute of baking. Made with our Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) finish. Exceptional durability. PFAS free, water-based release coating. Fast cooking, easy clean-up. All LloydPans that feature our Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK), Silver-Kote, and Dura-Kote are oven safe to 700° when empty. However, the introduction of food brings with it a natural moisture barrier that keeps the surface of the pans cooler and making it possible for them to withstand significantly higher temperatures without any resulting damage. Even wood burning ovens that sustain temperatures of 900° + are not a threat to the integrity of our pans as long as the food that’s being prepared on them is closely monitored so that it isn’t burned.
